Twelve years in Mysore-style practice and still the first one on the floor at six. Direct, warm, very hard to fluster.
Wise Heart began as six friends practising in a village hall on Tuesday mornings, with a borrowed stack of mats and a heater that never quite worked.
Twelve years later we have our own floor, a proper kettle and around three hundred people who call this room theirs. What has not changed is the size of the class or the pace of the teaching.
We teach a traditional ashtanga foundation with a softer, breath-led approach to everything built on top of it. We do not talk about levels much. We talk about today.

Trained in yin and somatics, with a background in hospice care. Her Thursday evenings are quietly famous.
Came to yoga through a running injury and stayed for the breathing. Teaches the class he wishes he had found first.
