Mysore ashtanga
Self-paced traditional practice, taught one to one inside a shared room.
Breathe, then begin
Small classes, unhurried teaching and a floor that always has space for you. Mysore, vinyasa, yin and restorative — six days a week in the heart of the village.
A shala is a home for practice. Ours is one room with wide windows, worn wooden floors and a kettle that is always on. Everyone is welcome, whatever your body can do today.
Classes are capped at fourteen mats so your teacher can see you, learn your name and offer adjustments that suit you rather than the room.
